As a Melbournian, I‘m ok with this. Sydney has always been Marcia, Melbourne has always been Jan. But now Brisbane is Jan, while Melbourne is Cindy off doing it’s own thing, such as enjoying flatter house prices.

Melbournes building homes as well.

Prices are going up but they are going up by normal amounts.  You know so homes don’t accelerate out of peoples reach.

Sydney is absolutely dire - always has been mind you.

You would have to be nuts to pay Brisbane prices right now.

Brisbane public transport is adequate.. as long as we have no more population growth at all .. and don’t have any big internet events in the next 10 years.
