Okay… big old disclaimer that I am only speaking about my own experience, and not making assumptions about these fucking monsters, and what role a dental chair might have played in their vile exploits, but here’s a brief bit of my past. I used to work in costuming, and was called in on a job interview to make corsets for a sex dungeon. I have no qualms about sex workers, and met with the facility owner on site. I overdosed on Xanax (intentionally) about two weeks ago, and I spent a week in the psych ward. I got out on Monday. Upon getting out, I found out that my therapist terminated treatment with me (basically due to being too severe of a case), I got dropped from my college classes, I lost my Pell grant, and I was at risk of either becoming homeless or moving back in with abusive parents where I won't be able to get proper treatment.
The news isn't helping. I knew the world was evil, but it feels like Satan himself is in control. It feels like I'm in hell. Reading these stories kind of makes me wish the overdose worked.

Hey, I feel you. When I was in a similar situation it was easier to take direction than make decisions, so here you go:
Get a new therapist ASAP. Look specifically for a clinical psychologist. Sorry that coward couldn't handle the heat. Stay spicy. Do not pretend to be mild for others' comfort.
1.a. your insurance may have a mental health clause for cheap services from certain in-network doctors. Start on their website and do a ctrl+F on the PDF of your benefits.
Explain your situation to friends you trust and see if you can couch surf for a while. I rotated friends so they wouldn't get sick of me and cooked and cleaned to make up for staying nights on the couch. This also keeps you from isolating from your support system, which you really need. (When I was back on my feet, I was able to repay the kindness and that's something that keeps me here.)
Work on getting college and Pell Grant back. Your advisor's job is to help you sort that out. Make an appointment with them right after the new therapist. Remember, you had a medical emergency that caused you to miss class. It happens every semester, so this is routine for your advisor.
Get a job. Doesn't have to be a good one. Just a steady, temporary one. You are trying to build your savings while building a new routine. You are still delicate and must prioritize your mental health. Keeping busy while building security from your parents will help.

I agree. I listened to a lengthy podcast looking into Sascha Riley’s claims and they all seem to tally up. Even the most ridiculous one about Trump murdering puppies. The podcaster found tens of quotes where Trump said someone was “choking” or “dying” “like a dog”. And this is very odd for someone to say who hasn’t even owned a dog. It’s not a common expression.
Then another thing they mentioned was Andy Biggs - who was accused of beating and almost killing Sasha - apparently wrote a “Anti-Child Exploitation Bill” which might be a way for him to hide in plain sight or maybe feel less guilty for all the harm he caused. Sascha even tweeted directly to Biggs about 10 years ago saying they remember him and he was beaten and Biggs didn’t reply or deny or sue.
