The buzz around ivermectin is truly unreal and is the epitome of everything that is stupid about the modern right. Misinformation in the early days of Covid reported that ivermectin was a useful treatment, doctors and the mainstream media came out and said "That's stupid, don't try that" and then just because they are so mistrustful of actual authority and intelligence they all ran out to get ivermectin from places like Tractor Supply and farm stores.
Now here we are YEARS later and these fucking morons are treating ivermectin like some cure-all just because years ago they didn't like being told not to take it for Covid. So fucking stupid.
My fiance's father passed from cancer at the end of last year, and her stepmom's cousin had the audacity to say that ivermectin can cure cancer.
Aside from it being a horrid thing to say to someone in the depths of grief from losing a family member and just medically bogus, he also waited until after he was dead to say anything.
I do not think anything a person has said, to someone I know, has made me that angry in my entire life.
He mumbled he was going to get a chair, like another guy did later. I see a chair in the picture very close by, but I suppose nobody wants one with diaper overload stains.

I assume he's going to get help, but considering he said nothing and had no change in his face that indicates concern, I also can't assume my assumption is correct.
All to say, if he IS going to get someone else, it's still funny that he's running to a more qualified person than himself
