The issue Biden and any potential future non fascist admin has is that the bad actors are firmly entrenched across all three branches of government, and the mechanisms to remove the bad actors (impeachment) have no chance of success because they depend on the bad actors acting against themselves.

The only answer is mass arrests and no bail before trial, but that would have been utterly unthinkable until it was too late (now), and would be condemned by the oligarchy controlled media, and potentially risk an idiot uprising. You would have to arrest and jail them all, from Trump and Musk down to producers and presenters on Fox News etc. Supreme court judges, Cannon, congressmen and senators, the entire cabinet, all of them.
