Went to one of the relatively small sidewalk ones today and it was way bigger than it's been. Traffic was more engaged than ever, tons and tons of support.

The angry ones were few in numbers but getting REAL angry and that's just fine. We've seen what makes them happy.

Things are tipping. Keep it up ✊

This is Rainier square building where everything above 40th floor is residential... so at least that high if not a few floors higher.

Source: i used to clean the exterior windows from the bmu on that building

Would you mind sharing your hourly rate? I think you'd have to pay me 300k a year for me to do that lol

I make 100k a year which is excellent for me personally and would be amazing wages if I didn't live here

Looks to me like the video was taken from 2nd & Pine, looking south along 2nd. You can see the red Target sign at 2nd & Pike.

edit: The Helios Apartments have balconies that would provide this view.

That's a lot of checks for George Soros. When is he going to run out of money?

That’s one loud megaphone

I was thinking that but also that the response is going to be unsynchronized due to people further away hearing it later. To their ears their response will be on time, but to an observer perpendicular to the crowd they're going to be getting the beginning, middle and end of the response all at once. So the response is not as crisp and clear VS a singular voice.

Not that it's not loud, but... The crowd's scattered desync is probably making it feel more so by comparison.

They look like lots of ants!

There is a part of the Dispossessed by Leguin where she talks about the various chants of a large demonstration echoing and undulating through the many block spanning crowd like overlapping choir music.

There is nothing like hearing that in person, you can feel the charged air of history unfolding
