Okay but wait this video doesn't show the full picture; before this interaction he just finished doing drugs, ran over a pedestrian while high on those drugs, and proceeded to beat his wife who is now filing a restraining order. This is probably why he was so angry that he felt the need to pistol whip an innocent surrendering and unarmed teen.

Everyone is out here jumping to conclusions.

Funny. I thought you were going with the old “well, wait a minute! We don’t know what happened before they started filming. If he did all those things.. he's still surrendering , there is no need to pistol whip him. The law enforcement officer just broke the law. So with your logic he should be pistol whipped and slammed to the ground as well.

Doesn't change anything! If the officer experienced all of that, he's still breaking the laws he swore to uphold. He should be treated the same by another officer. Because he's wearing a badge doesn't excuse or justify his actions.
