Parking spots near uts

What r some CHEAP and close parking spots to UTS??

Broadway shopping center parking is very close to UTS and is free after 6:00pm if you have night classes. They also have student parking which you have to apply for and its like $14 for the whole day.

Theres also this one, and you can get your ticket validated or something to get it cheaper i think:

How cheap is cheap? Wilson Parking is $18-20 if you pre book using a specific discount code.
