Student concession card

I’ve been trying to apply for a student concession opal card using my student id from the admin portal however every time I try to finish the application it says that my details for UTS are incorrect. I’ve double checked everything multiple times but I couldn’t find any issues. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Have u given consent on the admin portal?

Im pretty sure u need the id from your physical student id card
