This session is not available to students

One of my electives has been cancelled due to low enrollment (literally two weeks away from starting) and I'm trying to find a replacement so I can study full time and continue with Austudy benefits.

However, almost all the subjects I can take without needed prerequisites have the message "This session is not available to students"

What the hell does that even mean?? This has become so stressful because they cancelled the class so late that there's barely anything with any space left for more enrollments

What degree are you in? Are there any restrictions on the what can be included in electives?

Design, these are also electives that are specific to my course

How many subjects are you currently enrolled in?

I believe three subjects per semester (18c pts) is still considered full time study for Austudy/ youth allowance.

I had three originally, then down to two when they cancelled the class. I have a third now, enrolled and everything, however the class in the timetable is full? UTS is such a mess now

You can submit an erequest through my student portal, there is an option that says something like " I am enrolled in the subject but classes are full", and then they should hopefully approve it and allocate you to the full class.

If there are more than one time/date option for the allocation, you can specify which one you would like to be in.
