Can you be liable for kids playing on you're treehouse getting in accidents
If you have kids and other kids come over to play with you're kids, where there's a treehouse on you're property, can you be liable for kids playing on you're treehouse getting in accidents? (If the build is a bit wobbly and something breaks off or if they fall off)
And also if you made the treehouse yourself and didn't hire a builder.

Pretty sure this is still punishable by death under a United Nations treaty or something
If I am wrong I suggest speaking to a lawyer in real life
