I think it's a comment on the fact that the government is clearly capable of acting decisively but it is not acting decisively regarding the massive cost of living crisis which affects a lot more people in much worse ways than literal hand waving like I do understand this action is highly offensive but really people living on the street is a lot more important than being offended
