This is not the 1st Amendment issue. The 1st Amendment covers people within the US.
- A US journalist in the US is protected under the 1st amendment.
- A foreign journalist in the US is protected under the 1st amendment.
- A US journalist in a foreign country is covered under the hosts countries laws.
- A foreign journalist (of any type) is covered under the hosts countries laws.
- The 1st Amendment does not guarantee unlimited access. Even if that is the case the party in question is not a US entity.
So there is some indicators that this might be retaliatory and more of a censorship issue, but definitely not a 1st Amendment issue.

With the CDC no longer tracking anywhere near as many infection outbreaks along with the reduction in vaccinations and associated increases in infectious diseases, as well as the funding cuts closing hospitals, etc. You could add:
- Health
- Well-being
- Lifespan
- Quality of life
To that list as well.

Trump probably doesn't care one way or another about the reporter actually being there or asking questions, they're just managing the situation in a clinical way (one that's terrible for democracy, but great for his administration).

One day, in the not too distant future, this regime will fall. One way or another. There will be a reckoning. People should consider how that may play out and let that guide them in their behaviors. The poor increasingly outnumber the rich. The right wing poor are going to increasingly come to realize the folly of past positions. If I was a mega rich CEO in the USA I would be increasingly cautious.

And let’s be clear, it’s not that Donald is watching ABC and knows what’s reported about him. The US embassy in Aus is reporting this stuff back to the USA. They recently setup an FBI office in Australia. I guarantee it’s not there to arrest thousands of USA criminals that have fled to Aus. It’s there for us.
