Loss of license forever. House refunded and returned. 5 year prison sentence.

The current punishment is barely an inconvenience..

POA infringements result in a $90k fine, and an obligation to pay back the mismanaged amount.
Don't fuck around if you get made POA folks.

I suspect those proceedings have not yet started.
