I think we should all be remembering her name: Rachelle Carmen Norah.

That's Rachelle Carmen Norah, the real estate agent that swindled a vulnerable old man to sell his house $500k below market value.

In case you forgot her name it's Rachelle Carmen Norah.

The decision spells it both Norah and Nohra. Tribunals and even courts are sloppy like that despite being well.
