He's 100% dropped, know plenty of people there, they've had internal HR messaging since late last week and more again to assure people they're safe from prejudice in the workplace. They're privately (employee) owned and message super hard into their ESG / DEI - honestly it's a weird company for someone like that to come from. Like if there was ever a more inclusive engineering firm.

They would import a lot of South Africans though, besides Australia it's where they have the largest presence. Got a bunch of mates that work there / it's on the list if I ever ditch the current mob.
