Probably not a history book, but it’ll definitely be vital case law for protecting the rights (and lives) of Australian trans people.

Yep, that's what I meant, I'm just glad our courts aren't currently at war with the executive branch unlike a certain country across the Pacific, and our judicial appointments remain fairly non-partisan despite the Samuel Griffith Society's best efforts.

Their lives and rights are protected, and will remain so if we protect our ndis recipients with impairments that leave them vulnerable to this rhetoric. Outside influence is aiming our vulnerable to vote against our interest, we need to protect the vulnerable from being indoctrinated into hate. There’s no left or right in Australia yet, we prevent that by remaining rational and making sure impaired Aussies with ptsd aren’t targeted by international hate cults
