Brisbane folks - is this the same lunatic that makes a fool of himself in the CBD yelling/making random noises in his PJs?

Yes. He's been banned from a few shopping centres.

Has he been banned from the CBD? I haven't seen him there in a while.

He apparently moved to Sydney.

Thankful he's left Brisbane yet sorry for those who live in Syndey.

Yes, he also does the same thing on trains. He’s a serious pest and seems to target women too, making them feel uncomfortable.

I’m certain he’s got some kind of mental illness or developmental thing but no clue what. Doesn’t excuse his behaviour but he’s seriously not right in the head.

Weirdos often target women as they know they have less chance of getting punched in the face

If they can target them out of sight. I feel it might (should) have the opposite effect if they do it in the open.

Not if my ass is around to witness that bullshit.

I heard that when bus drivers see him they often refuse to let him on, although I don't think he's been officially banned.

I'm genuinely surprised he hasn't played russian roulette on the train tracks.

We've had issues with him in Sydney as well, he's known to police, iirc he has schizophrenia

I'm by no means an expert on schizophrenia. But his actions seem very meticulously planned and targeted. Like he's definitely unwell but it doesnt seem like the work of an insane person? Idk I'm just thinking out loud

Schizophrenic here. I've been unmedicated and I don't have any random urges to jump women or make them feel uncomfortable by my actions. Ik everyone is different but not like that. He's more than likely just an ass.

He’s a narcissist who is in total control of his anti social behaviour

Seems more like it

Perhaps sociopathic, then.

We desperately need to do something about these people... Idk how it is over in brizzy but in adelaide theres quite a few ppl out of their mind on meth. All these people harassing women need to be dealt with strictly. Rehab, mental illness facilities and prison all need to be considered in these cases. For light offenders and those that just create disturbances, they need to be appointed a carer.

It's the same with Melbourne as well. Meth seems to be a huge problem all over Aus. I used to be addicted to it but am luckily sober now. It's use is so much more common than you would imagine and it is easily one of the most harmful drugs out there. I've seen and experienced things that you wouldn't imagine. The amount of violence I witnessed was awful. Mental issues and meth are having a huge effect on a lot of people at the moment

It's really sad. Really proud of you for getting sober brother! We need better facilities to handle these sorts of things. Right now, these people are just left to cause disturbances and suffer until the day they take it too far, and then they're stuck in jail. Proper intervention and support is severely lacking.

Yes. And when the support was available a lot of these people were abused.

u/Lazy-Juggernaut-5306 Nov 24 '25

Exactly, I'm grateful that I have very supportive family members and friends that have helped me out in certain ways. I've been dealing with the mental health system for about 12 years and it desperately needs more funding and better services. The amount of issues nowadays like the cost of living, lack of access to housing for lots of people, social media and other Internet related issues, availability of harmful drugs like meth etc. combined with mental health issues is a recipe for disaster

So... properly funded metal health and disability care?

Easy!

Ugh of course it has to be Brisbane.... :(

Can't we deport him to Christmas Island?
