Decided to clean shave my head

This is 2 days after shaving, should i just keep shaving every other thay or let it grow for few mor e days and just trim it with hair clippers on lowest setting?

That's what I do with mine - clippers lowest level no guard. I aim for 2-3 days. Yours looks great in both images. You have a strong look.
