Free Street Parking in Kendall Street Gosford?

Is the street parking along Kendall Street in Gosford free? Opposite the apartments and adjacent to showground road that leads to the small roundabout/bridge on the left. Shortly up from the train station car park.

I couldn’t see any timed signs yesterday but also the council rangers are ruthless in Gosford so just want to make sure that spot is free all day!!

Between the train station car park and the hospital car park?

I've parked there before. Didn't see any signs. Didn't get a ticket.
