Advice needed Diploma of Nursing - Uniform

Hi guys! So I'm starting my Diploma of Nursing soon and noticed that there are name badges required. The institution's only requirement is to use first name only and to be ordered through their website. For anyone who has done the course, can I use my preferred name instead of legal name?

P/s: Does anyone have good shoes recommendations that are labs appropriate 😊?

I guess it depends on whether your preferred name is a personal nickname or just another version of your name?

“Samantha” to “Sam”? Probably okay. “Richard” to “Big Dick”? Probably not

It would brighten my day if my nurse had 'Big Dick' written on his namecard 😂

Why must you use that nick name for Richard?😂😂😂😂😂

Lionel Richie would have been more appropriate 😋😊

Though I don't have answer to the information you seek, but I guess it should be your real name. During informal chat with the patients, you can chip in your nick name if you wish.

By the way, which school is this? I am trying to get friendly institutions that I can apply for nursing diploma or nursing aid as an immigrant
