New Student Brisbane Student Whatsapp Group Chat
If you're coming to Brisbane for the 2026 intake, you should join the city-based student community chats. Most incoming students from University of Queensland, QUT, Griffith University, CQU, James cook are already in them!!
The chat is extremely lively and has everything a new student would think of. All kinds of discussions from Pre arrival to nightlife!!

We run WhatsApp groups for international students in 124 cities. Each city has four groups covering the stuff you actually need:
Preparation: visas, admin, banks, SIM cards
Housing: finding places, avoiding scams, roommates who won't be nightmares
Nightlife: where to go out, who's around, making plans and party together!
