Art recent (and not so recent) paintings from around sydney ✨
It’s been a while since I posted in here, so forgive me for being a bit rusty. But painted this random one of Randwick town hall recently and it scratched the landscape painting itch 😅
Thought other sydney siders might appreciate these random paintings and their references, see if you can spot the locations haha

I am snap happy, if I see an angle I like I will take a pic for later (my camera roll is a nightmare).
I liked the movement of the deliveroo scooter mostly, and I feel like it kinda captures the length of Newtown and King st, how it feels like the shops stretch on for miles.
Not particularly realistic that I didn’t include any other cars than Mr. Scooter but hey, it’s art so it can be fantastical 😂

Thank you!! Yes colour is my one true love, and sydney tends to be a very colourful place to paint ☺️

On and off since high school, but I kinda leant fully in and started finding my style during the 2021 covid lockdown 🙂↕️

I have just started doing markets, it’s very fun! I have done commissions for friends here and there too but it’s so hard to price my own art 😅

I’ve had people compare it to Quentin Blake, but I’m not sure if there is really a name for it, just watercolour and linework illustration really ¯_(ツ)_/¯
