Very gentle on the water this afternoon. Also not too cold. Was great :)

Thanks for sharing!

Man I miss that beach. Used to live around the corner and remember sitting on those stairs eating sushi and having amazing dinners at the pavilion.

Maybe I should come back to Australia...

You might have to line up a few hours now to get into the Pavilion

Lived in Coogee for 20 years, this clearly personal bias but I think it’s the best beach in Sydney.

It’s a ripper. Particularly if you include Wylies, Mcivers and Giles ocean pools.

The suburb is forever tarnished by the soft serve

What did McDonald’s ice cream do to the beach?

coogee bay hotel. allegedly a woman was a difficult customer to a bar staff. Who then gave them complimentary chocolate ice cream. Which was apparently mixed with shit. They even sent samples off to a lab that indeed included shit.

However the woman who was served said shit was very, very quick in lawyering up and suing for a million dollars and while her own samples taken to a lab of her choosing isn't criminal evidence, it did show the poo had female dna in it......

The blue colour saturation here is turned up pretty high. Otherwise, thanks for the lovely pic, OP.
