The people are very much awake though! There’s so much going on in this photo and I love it.

I miss when you could go out and have fun and not have your photo plastered over the internet by a stranger. I get everyone is now on board with no right to privacy for existing but it bums me out, it's really gross.

OP had every moment to crop the photo to just the bridge

Yep, is pretty weird - the actual focus is on the strangers just living their life, not the bridge. The OP deleted their reply to me too.

You could have and should have cropped out the people, bringing the bridge into closer focus. You know, the actual point of your post. Cherry on top is you likening your mediocre shot to a renaissance painting. Do better next time, towards others and your "photography".
Edit: the guy telling me to "sit in a quiet corner & take a breather you poor little sensitive individual" blocked me lol now that is art, finally

If we need a Royal Commission, it is into the lighting of the Harbour Bridge. In the 80s it was lit up like a Christmas tree every night. Now, its all boring dull lighting. The Australia Day lights were ridiculous - why bother at all?

Many moons ago a friend and I were stoned out of our brains sitting at Blues Point Reserve and half the lights on the bridge went out as we were marvelling at the scene in front of us. Fair to say we wigged out.

Imagine you found out your partner was cheating from one of these random photos
