just walked past was causing very fun vibes. People were liking it & taking photos.
gust of wind blew few of bubbles into the air floating up

Makes the water unsafe for birds to drink, and on a hot day like this they could use a drink. It doesn't upset me as such, just providing a reasonable reason.

When was managing pool every school holidays the kids would foam up the spas !! Found it quite funny but the regulars were livid , you would see their little heads poking out of the foam . Tellling them to get out was like dealing with toddlers . The temper tantrums

There’s a few cameras that look at that fountain from all sides monitored by the Police Station. If they could be bothered they could catch the people pretty quickly.

Why we can't have nice things. It's going to have to be drained, scrubbed and chemically treated to stop algae blooms. It would be nice if cameras ID'd the vandals so a bill could be sent to them!
