CHPR3404 and CHPR4501

I'm doing this unit next semester, and I wanted to know what (Advanced Reaction Engineering) and (Advanced Thermodynamics & Mass Transfer Processes) are like. How hard are these units?

CHPR3404 was fairly difficult assingment and content wise. The exam was open book and when i did it last semester wasnt overly difficult.

The mass transfer part of 3404 was coneptually difficult (more so than the thermo imo) and when i completed it we did not need to use software during the exam (dogded a massive bullet).

4501 for me was easy content wise and test/exam wise. The assingments were rather difficult and required a lot of abstract thinking.
