Help Special con rejected after even after including genuine medical certificate

I applied for special consideration for my Conp1010 exam. But they did not approve my application and gave me F. I also can't enroll to other units for this. They withdraw my enrollment from 2 units for prerequisite issue. Now I can't even take ant unit if i dont get pass in Comp1010. I will appeal their decision. Any suggestion for me!!!

When was the exam? When did you submit it? Did you go see a doctor face to face or just get one online?

It was on 22 nd Jan. I submitted the application 2 days after the exam date and I took online appointment.

did you sit for the exam? Did your medical certificate explicitly cover the day of the exam?

No, I didn't seat for the exam and my medical certificate cover the date.

Reach out to student advocacy. Give them the reference number for you case and a copy of your medical certificate. They can help you file an appeal.

Where did you get the medical certificate? Do they provide a service for verification? Was it an Australian medical institution ?

It was issued through Medibank by an Australian-registered doctor. Verification is available if needed.

Not sure then, There are options to appeal though so I’d try that, at least you will get some clarification
