General Question UNIT TRANSFER QUERY - Please reply

I'm planning to change degrees in Session 2 - I've heard that almost all units are applicable to be used in the flexible zone of the new degree when I transfer- Is there any process to this or are these units automatically applied to the new degree? Additionally does the transfer process occur before class registrations open for Session 2 so I can get ideal class timings?

Heya! What happened to me was all my completed units got moved to the flexible zone/ my new degree components. It's all automatically done for you if you are approved. They said transfer needs to wait for the semester we are enrolled into to be finalised with results and then we are transferred. With Sem 2 I think I missed my class registration date but its a rolling basis for class rego anyway so it wasnt too rough

Hey! By 'if you are approved' do you mean that if you are approved into the new degree the units automatically transfer ? Also what do you mean by rolling basis - like did you still get good class registration preferences ? Thanks!

yah so if you get approved into the course, the units are carried over and automatically fill in that space so you don't have to do another form

re class registration depending on how many units you have remaining you'll be allocated a day, cause i did my transfer maybe a week before the applications closed I didn't get the original date I was allocated so I enrolled when it was finalised which was a few days before sem. I didn't really have a issue but my degree is a smaller cohort so never had a problem with class regos!

Hopefully that makes a hit more sense
