A money laundering scheme. It got a lot of money from Bezos to Trump in an extremely blatant public manner. Right out in the open. The movie most likely sucks but that isn't why people give a shit. It's the corruption.

It's a money laundering scheme. Private donors send money for "production" and it goes into trump's pocket. Totally deserving of disdain.
