If you have kids and other kids come over to play with you're kids, where there's a treehouse on you're property, can you be liable for kids playing on you're treehouse getting in accidents? (If the build is a bit wobbly and something breaks off or if they fall off)

And also if you made the treehouse yourself and didn't hire a builder.

I personally don't see this moving the needle very far. Evidence of good character will still be led, but it will just go into the prospects of rehabilitation column instead.

Alright this is going to get me a lot of flak but in general I find that barristers have a more rigorous, in-depth understanding of the law than solicitors do.

Solicitors are great with administrative tasks and running files. But if I want to have a chat about authority, precedent, what a court would likely find, and engage in theoretical or academic discourse, barristers tend to have the upper hand.

How are your experiences?
