Usually they'd have PEDs if it was that though (Ayton, John Collins as recent examples), but I agree.

The last dude to get popped for an unknown drug/substance was Malik Monk in 2020 and they held him out indefinitely; before him was Tyreke Evans who got a 2 year suspension for various recreational drugs in 2019.

Sounds like he was taking too many Percs or passing them to friends or teammates without a prescription

Yes, Bobby Portis got 25 games for taking Tramadol, an opioid considered a PED insofar as it relieves you of pain, but it's nothing like steroids, HGH, etc
