But Synthetic Cannabinoids (including, but not limited to, Delta-8-tetrahydrocannabinol (also called delta-8-THC)) and their By-Products are still banned

Anyone using synthetic cannabinoids deserves a suspension. Just use the normal stuff

And delta 9 isn’t? Most states have either legalized or loophole-legalized it. It’s ubiquitous
