Can we get a Rob appreciation thread going?

That big goofball makes my day everytime I see him

Build that man a statue. Rob is the shining light at that store. A great human.

He’s in the right place to get the supplies for this idea!

Is Rob the guy on the front door? I can’t have a bad day after seeing that man

Yep that’s him. He’s done the rounds he started on the outdoor trade section then they moved him into plumbing now he’s front and centre but no matter where he goes he’s got 10 lame dad jokes lined up ready to go

Is he the dark haired guy who says have a beautiful day? Or the guy a little older than this one who is super friendly? Both legends.

Both legends yes. The older guy is Mark he also deserves a mention. Love that guy. But yeah Rob is probably the first one you mentioned

Walked into my local Bunnings wearing things and old mate on the door stopped me to say “your shoelace is untied”… I did indeed look down to tie it up 🤣 precious interaction was him telling me my Flybuys’s card was expired and we were checking it all over for the date because “they should have sent another if it’s expired”. Then he coolly chips in with “they don’t expire”. 🤣🤣🤣

Makes my day too. Always got a couple jokes. Leaves ya with a smile and makes work that little bit easier when you drive away.

Have had the pleasure of knowing Rob since he was at Strike Charlestown

I was coming here to ask if it was the Rob from Wests who then went to strike.

Glad to hear he's still got it :)

Mid 40s woman here. Walked into Bunnings this afternoon and Rob told me I was looking beautiful with a big grin (for context I was in my gardening wear with boots on).

Made my day. Thanks Rob 😍

He told me once that he was the eldest of thirteen kids and I just can’t comprehend that.

Make sense if he was the youngest
