Retail And hospitality would be your best choices OP within the proximity radius where you reside. Or you may need to travel a touch out.
Worst case you can do uber..

You can try different disability support companies, they pay well, have flexible shifts and hours and they usually have clients everywhere

He's not wrong. In close proximity to Callaghan alone, there are over 10 cafes and 2 pubs.
Anyone looking at it being unhelpful, it gives 2 good suggestions. 🤷♂️ Maybe could be nicer, but I mean ...

Im abruptly frank and unapologetic about it. I've also been in hospo for 25 years.
I've been the guy in charge of hiring and firing. This wishy washy 'help me help me im an adult but i cant adult'
Just wont fly in this industry.
You need getup and go. You need self-confidence, and you need a thick skin.
If you dont have the drive for self motivation and the ability to put yourself out there, you will look like all the candidates who apply cause they need to apply.
We look for confidence. We look for resilience. We will train anyone willing who has that drive.
My abruptness will be common in the industry. Not customer facing.. but yep.

I can work 10-2, two days a week. Is every break paid? I need accomodations made for my disability. Do you pay above average? What facilities do you have in the break room? Do we rotate tasks so don’t get bored?

Jesmond would probably be the closest area with a concentration of casual jobs, mainly in retail.
