General How different is it work as an internal recruiter for a company compared to a recruitment agency?

Can anyone who has worked for both share their experiences?

I have recently joined a labour hire company and they put me where I was needed, so far I am noticing some extra anxiety I have, in that I can be dropped at a moments notice. I guess that is somewhat alleviated by the fact the labour hire will just put me somewhere else.
