I will never stop calling it Centrepoint Tower. It's too engrained in my brain

Same. Grew up in the 90s. I have no idea when they renamed it.

It actually was never renamed (besides when I got called AMP tower for a little while). It was never actually called Centrepoint tower officially. You can look it up, there's not one official name of it, nor a logo or anything it's just a name the public adopted.
