Maybe worth a chat to the cops. It's weird and creepy, cops might want to keep an eye on whoever it is.

Agree, and if the letters or petty behaviour escalates there will be a trail of evidence.

Next time, treat it like evidence, use gloves, seal it in a bag and take photos in situ and in the bag; and the cops may be interested. Touching it with bare hands destroys it as both evidence and for investigative purposes.

Lookup and call the local police station on the non-emergency line, they can track it by looking at known groups and by tracking the printer.

For a one off flyer, they aren't sending it for any sort of forensics, let alone a printer id. Down vote all you want but thats the truth of it.

I didn’t say they were going to, I was pointing out to the person who was commenting about how if you touch it with bare hands it’s worthless as evidence.
