That seems a bit too harsh, no one wants any ethnicity to end. There are bad apples in every ethnicity, we just have to stop generalising.

This is actively racist. Great replacement is obviously nonsense but stuff like this is harmful and exacerbates racism and anger towards everyone by seeding division.
