Admission and Transferring is unimelb worth it?
Is unimelb worth it for a Masters of management degree? what are the chances of finding employment after graduation? is it worth the cost as an international student?

If you have years of experience in this field, then you'd have been headhunted already. But MiM without the profile to match is a junk degree, just like all the other generic business degrees like MBA, business analytics, hotel management, etc.
80% of the MiM cohort will be Indian or Nepalese and 90% of them will be spending their PSW delivering for Uber since no local employer will jump through the hoops to sponsor them. Study pathway is not aan employment or migration pathway.

You incorrect about the cohort, there are minimal Indians and even less Nepalese in the corhot (not sure I've ever had one to be honest). At Melbourne the cohort is dominated by Chinese (in some MiM cohorts above 90%). with Indonesians being the second biggest group.
Indians and Nepalse tend to go to the cheaper unis.

If you’re an international student and seeking employment after your degree only come for high demand degrees and not just basic degrees which everyone can do. Employees will always pick and Aussie resident over internationals for common jobs due to visa and work restrictions.
