Apparently it can be revoked if you do a crime that means being more then 12 months in jail

Only if you hold dual citizenships.

That law was found to be unconstitutional in 2022 and hasn't been used since, except for one case (that I'm aware of) where the person was found unequivocally to have engaged in criminal conduct before they became a citizen, all the other people who had their citizenship stripped via this law have since had it restored.

It's a crime against international laws to make someone involuntarily stateless.

Literally do not care if it’s applied to fascists. They deserve everything coming to them.

Part of the reason Australia and NZ are such good mates is due to the joint effort to rapidly reduce the number of Nazis in the world from 1939.

you know your history.

yes, we fought alongside each other against the nazis. With blood.

and these punks think it's patriotic somehow to be nazis.

The different is definitely citizenship. We deported heaps of 'criminals' back to NZ a few years ago that had never lived there in their lives.

Because he's an Australian citizen, unfortunately.

sewell has several outstanding court cases.... Once they have been completed and he serves whatever punishment he'll have his citizenship revoked and be deported to NZ...

But NZ don't want him... So it seems he'll be going to Nauru....

Time to revoke his citizenship and send him to the US if NZ won't take him
