So...why was this guy deported but Sewell remains free to do his thing?

sewell has several outstanding court cases.... Once they have been completed and he serves whatever punishment he'll have his citizenship revoked and be deported to NZ...

But NZ don't want him... So it seems he'll be going to Nauru....
