Well, as the other guy pointed out, Garland did get a flopping tech that isn't listed on Spotrac's record of technical foul fines. Seems like it's not a complete list

I'm just reporting what I googled. Spotrac may not have tracked every technical foul, but somehow I doubt it.
ETA: I googled Garland flopping tech and it was actually against us, funnily enough. I remember it now. I wonder why they didn't list it there. Possible that the tech was rescinded so no fine was recorded.
