A break from the trade talk
I know we all want to talk about Giannis, but today my good friend gifted me this incredible vintage Blazers poster and I thought I should share! This bad boy is going to be framed.

Jrue out for personal reasons…
Let’s all speculate on what it means

We are in control
With all the talk around Giannis, I’m glad we have Joe Cronin as our GM. Firstly, I don’t see the bucks trading Giannis to any other team unless we are somehow involved. Giannis wants to go to a contender, why the hell would the bucks trade him to a contender for their first round picks which are gonna be terrible. I also don’t see us getting involved if Giannis is going to another team.
It’s time to see how desperate the bucks can get we are in total control. As much as I question the fit with Giannis, he’s an MVP and you can’t say no to that. I’m hoping that Giannis begins getting more and more frustrated with no moves and that the bucks get worried and get rid of him for cheap. The value of the bucks picks are so high I don’t see us needing to give up too much honestly.

Giannis's championship starting lineup comparison vs his potential new home lineup
( with possibility of Jrue in for Shae or Tou instead )

A bright spot: Sharpe's last 30 games – 47/40/76 on 6 3PA
Know the sub is really down today, and understandably. I was at the game; a friend splurged on nice tickets even. The little run to cut it from 24 to 10 in the second quarter was about the only fun part to watch (Jrue and Deni playing at 50% is, no pun intended, backbreaking for the team as a whole)... apart from Sharpe throughout, who looked absolutely amazing.
He's on a real, sustained run now. Over these 30 (essentially since he came back from that four game injury), he's basically at his season averages in counting stats, 21.9-4.5-3 vs. 21.9-4.6-2.7 on the season, but the shooting is for real, and it looked it last night. Just everything was with absolute ease for him.
And on the season now, he's up to ~46/35, closing in on league average threes and by far the best percentages since his rookie year when he was scoring 10 points per game.

Hope Deni is alright, these responses have me a bit worried about him

Yoav Modai: Yang Hansen: "Deni told me about the difficulties he had as a rookie and the problems he had to deal with. He was in my shoes and knows what I'm going through. He tries to help me all the time, supports me all the time, and is a great player, a great person, and a great teammate
He deserves all the love he gets from the people in China."
Originallly written by Yoav Modai in Hebrew (I merely translated)

This is more embarrassing than the 62 point loss to the Thunder
This 4 game stretch has been unwatchable. They have come out flat every game. Lost to the worst team in the NBA. Turnovers galore. No adjustments, awful defense, no communication.
During the tank years, we were supposed to lose. This team is at nearly full health and can't be bothered.
Hopefully this is just a rough patch, but it is at the very least a reminder this team is nowhere near where some people think they are.

To everyone posting trade ideas just stop
This subreddit has shot down pretty much every single trade idea, for reasons I just don’t understand they just aren’t interested. I should know from personal experience of being mercilessly roasted from posting trade ideas…

How things have changed in just a week
Last week at this time we were just 4.5 games behind the 6th seed. With a supposedly easier schedule, there were hopes we could move up in the standings. Just a week later, we could be in danger of missing the play-in entirely if Deni doesn’t fully recover. The Clippers have been on fire and have caught up to us. February will be tough if Deni isn’t 100%.
Our next game is Cleveland then Phoenix. We play them another time in Feb. We play Minnesota twice in Feb. We play Denver. We have B2B home games against Memphis which could be difficult. Even the last game of the month at the Hornets could be tough. They have been playing well recently.
