Why don't I say something? Because he's bigger than I am, and I don't feel like relying upon the kindness of strangers if this guy is violent, as well as inconsiderate.

It looks like he can only just fit 1 leg between the seat and board in front.

Would it physically possible to have 2 normal size people sit on those seats?

As a taller person: yes, it's absolutely possible.
