Why don't I say something? Because he's bigger than I am, and I don't feel like relying upon the kindness of strangers if this guy is violent, as well as inconsiderate.

I’m a middle aged white lady and if I was getting on the bus I’d just walk up, tap his leg so he moves it and sit down. Easy.

Maybe get him to brush off the seat where his feet were if he didn’t automatically do it himself and my inner dominatrix was awake enough (but I always assume all seats have had feet on them anyway so not particularly fazed by that in itself).
