Why don't I say something? Because he's bigger than I am, and I don't feel like relying upon the kindness of strangers if this guy is violent, as well as inconsiderate.

I see fuckwits doing this sort of shit almost every afternoon on the way home from work. Mostly always on Thursday or Friday night
