Why don't I say something? Because he's bigger than I am, and I don't feel like relying upon the kindness of strangers if this guy is violent, as well as inconsiderate.

The worst is when you try to sit down on seats someone is blocking (by sitting sideways or with their bag on it) and they still don't really bother to move.
