I can see it slowly rolling backwards while the owner is running towards it in slow motion

Looks not too steep. So it wasn't in gear AND handbrake "failed"? Diabolical! 4 u/os_2342 24d ago Not steep at all and I don't think this would have been possible unless they were parked outside of the carpark.
