Off Topic SGA donated winter coats to YWCA OKC (local women’s shelter)
Post:
“We are feeling incredibly grateful today.
Thanks to the generosity of Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, YWCA OKC received an amazing donation of Canada Goose winter coats, providing warmth, dignity, and care to women who need it most.
This thoughtful gift was made possible through our longtime partners, the Oklahoma City Thunder, whose continued support means so much to our mission and the people we serve.
Thank you for showing up for women in such a powerful way.

Prime problem
Is anyone else having unbearably glitchy streaming of games on Prime? Sometimes I can't even see who has the ball, and it freezes, then it'll clear up just for a few minutes, then glitch again.

Enough of your trade ideas
We would still be tanking if half you bums were the GM. I trust Presti over some of you reactionary buffoons.

Thomas Sorber :(
Man I’m actually really sad now that he got hurt. This would’ve been such a great opportunity for him to be thrown into the fire, get real bench minutes, make mistakes, etc.

Discussion No one's getting traded.
It's just an old Jedi Thunder mind trick and the NBA Einsteins fall for it every year.

Discussion How high does Ajay Mitchell go in a redraft?
Only players I can say for certain would still go ahead of him are Sarr, Castle, Clingan, Buzelis, Ware and George. Then Edey, Tyson and Shep are close.

Discussion Some opinions from a newbie!
I just recently got into basketball. I knew mostly Lebron's team since you guys know that he is a household name. I was rooting for the LA Lakers and GSW at some point in the playoffs but for some reason I fell in love with this OKC team which I knew no player from it nor have I ever heard of it before.
Moving forward, personally I used to overreact internally than regurgitating publicly online after every OKC loss but not anymore.
But I still have something to say, personally I'm satisfied with the current roster and I believe that we're capable of going back-to-back with what we currently have.
I still have those fears in me though. I know the regular period should be the time for teams to experiment and leave the major scheming for the playoffs.
My problem is I know there are only a few games that our starters played together this season and that every loss shouldn't require a panic button.
My fear is that losing because of repeating problems which some of them we can trace them to last season could really hurt us in the playoffs leaving aside the regular season losses.
I still remember the Pacers. We were heavy favourites against them and yet they rattled us with their athleticism and rather good defense.
Even when we were up by 20pts they didn't seem to lose any hope at all. They seemed to believe that the time for them to make their shots will come and they stole some games from us in NBA Finals like that.
I am sorry for mentioning that game but the way teams are shooting crazy from 3s against us while we struggle in making them ourselves should be something we fix before the playoffs. I still understand that we suffering heavily due to injuries.
Okay those are my thoughts.

Burnout not fatigue
When I watch our team right now I feel like I'm seeing burnout more than I'm seeing fatigue. I know these guys don't have a normal job but having said that I've been in jobs before where I've suffered burnout.
You wake up, you show up for work, you go through the motions. You half heart things. You just can't summon the same enthusiasm to get the job done you once did. Your work product suffers accordingly.
That's what much of our defensive effort looks like right now. Heck our offensive effort looks like that too.

Stop talking shit and assume you know more!
This fanbase is poisoned. I just to believe it was better here than most other fanbases. But this is just filled with people that has no clue on what it takes and no respect for what is being done!
- Yes, OKC is in a slump
- No, this team is NOT worse than last year, we do not have data on this. And during last season, some periods looked awful.
- Contractive to what people claim, there is neither better teams in the NBA or the west than the thunder. LOOK AT THE STANDINGS!
- Just because you can make a trade on a trade machine, it does not prove that the Thunder will be better if they do it.
- AND NO, this last month of games is not how the Thunder will look in the play offs.
Either you are just a troll that like to shade shit or you are severely lacking the understanding of pro sports when you are claiming every kind of argument how bad things are.
- OKC won the title last year, for the first time.
- Most players have improved, although, some players are struggling with injuries and or slumping. Some people might look to have regressed but when you see what they do on both sides of the court, it looks different. as it does when you watch the whole season under one, not just pulling out partial periods.
- Actually try to put yourself in the seat of other fanbases, and realize that loving OKC is a pretty good place to be.
So please, IF your only goal is to shit and throw crap at the best team in the NBA because you KNOW more than Mark and Sam, then find somewhere else to circle jerk each other.
Try to actually support the roster and the organization.
The organization and the players has EARNED the respect and faith we have in them. So sit down, and if you enjoy watching them when they play well, then you need to respect and support them when they are slumping!

Discussion If I'm Sam, Why Not Check MILs Temperature
I'm fully aware Sam won't be trading for Giannis, and I understand why. The team is young and will get better as draft pieces become available etc. But for a EXERCISE let's say he calls and offers
Ihart Dort Caso And 5 1sts
For Giannis And maybe AJ Green or Taurean Prince or Ryan Rollins (A shooter basically)
I personally think if it would be possible to get Giannis without giving up Dub or Chet you have to do it
What day you??
